InterpreterNow for A Deaf Hub (Wales) User Groups

A Deaf Hub (Wales) has received funding from the Big Lottery for its staff, trustee's and user groups to use InterpreterNow during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown. The service is available to make brief, non-medical telephone calls of 10-15 minutes. 

What is InterpreterNow?

Who can use InterpreterNow through the Hub?

It is available to of all User Groups under the Hub who use Cardiff Deaf Centre building on Newport Road.

By setting up, monitoring and evaluating the use of InterpreterNow, the Hub can assess the feasibility of a video interpreting service for the Hub’s digital long-term future.

Please note: if any person needs to make a call to NHS Wales, a GP or other medical service in Wales, it can be done for free through this link.
